Khao Noi Gym is a dynamic martial arts gym dedicated to cultivating world-class Muay Thai skills while fostering a positive and supportive training environment. We run group classes and private lessons, helping members of all levels achieve their fitness and competition goals.

Job Description

We're looking for a Muay Thai instructor to take ownership of our full group class schedule and inspire our members with your skills and experience. This is one committed role covering every class below — not a pool of shifts to pick from.

Schedule (11 classes/week, 16 hours)

• Mon, Tue, Thu: 6:30–8pm and 8–9:30pm
• Wed: 6:30–8pm
• Sat: 12–1:30pm and 1:30–3pm
• Sun: 10–11am and 12–1:30pm

Class schedule may vary from time to time. The schedule above reflects class hours only and does not represent total working hours — administrative duties are also required as part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Muay Thai group classes professionally and safely, across the full schedule above.
• Demonstrate techniques and lead pad work sessions.
• Maintain class discipline, engagement, and punctuality.
• Provide feedback to members and report attendance.
• Complete administrative duties as assigned, outside of class hours.
• Uphold gym standards and represent Khao Noi Gym positively.
• Ensure the training environment remains conducive for our members.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of coaching experience.
• Experience competing in Muay Thai.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional — able to commit to the entire schedule above, every week, plus associated admin work.
• No visa required
