We at Nova, a dynamic and constantly evolving media and telecom organization, are looking for a Fixed Product Manager to join our Fixed & TV team.

You have a challenging mission to:

Own the strategy, development, and commercial performance of Fixed products, leveraging customer, market, and competitor insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the product roadmap, propositions, GTM initiatives, and new product development, with a focus on growth, profitability, and customer experience.

What will you do:

• Contribute to the development and maintain Fixed products roadmap, manage pricing decisions to ensure company's profitability and meet customer's needs
• Propose & implement commercial objectives and propositions strategies, in line with objectives and underpinned by customer, market & competitor insights
• Monitor closely and analyze market trends, and competition; manage the insights and market analysis/research that drives all product efforts and commercial decisions
• Monitor and analyze business and financial KPIs, securing performance and profitability
• Be the business owner for driving proposition changes working closely with product, technology, billing and operational teams
• Work closely with commercial & finance teams to build business cases, considering both broader business and bottom-line financial benefits and risks
• Design and execute regional campaigns focusing on growth and high utilization of FTTH networks in designated areas of interest
• Collaborate with marketing teams on Go To Market plans and briefs for products and propositions changes and how they are delivered
• Follow-up and cooperate with all teams for the implementation of product development projects, marketing initiatives, GTM plans and promos, providing clarifications and supporting the delivery upon commitment
• Develop, test and deliver alternative concepts and identify opportunities for growth
• Support product development teams with prioritization and development of roadmap, ensuring delivery of commercial and proposition objectives
• Monitor customer satisfaction indexes and identify areas of improvement, propose and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
• Identify customer needs, propose and lead new products development to meet customer needs better than the competition

It would be nice if you have:

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or Science departments

• Postgraduate studies in Marketing Business fields will be considered a strong plus

• At least 3 years of experience in the marketing field and especially in product management, preferably in Telecoms

• Creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and proactiveness.

• Strong time-management skills; Ability to work under pressure and adapt within a dynamic environment

• Flexibility and accountability, with a "can-do" approach

• Creativity and problem-solving skills

• Team-player skills, enjoying working collaboratively across functions

• Strong analytical & commercial thinking

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written, in Greek and in English

• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
