Are you a friendly smile that wants to work in a purpose-built Orthodontic Practice filled with extraordinary art?

Our Specialist Orthodontic Practice is based in Hamilton Lake and we are looking for a receptionist extraordinaire. We have 3 busy specialists in the practice with over 50 patients a day coming through the doors. We are seeking a bright, bubbly personality to greet patients, answer phones on top of a wider range of administration duties. Our fast-paced reception will keep you on your toes from 8am to 5:15pm. You will be working with 2 other fantastic administrators and all training will be provided.

Tasks may include:

• Email liaison
• Enrolling patients
• Account queries and taking payments
• Answering phones
• Booking appointments
• Recalling patients accurately

To be successful in this role you will be able to:

• Multi-task and prioritise your work load
• Have good attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills
• A quick learner with good retention
• Have an understanding of patient privacy and patient confidentiality
