• Salary: Up to ₱26,000 monthly basic salary
• Location: West Avenue, Quezon City
• Work Setup: Onsite

• Experience: No BPO experience required
• Training: Paid training from Day 1

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College level or graduate is an advantage
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
• Career shifters are encouraged to apply
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn reservation processes
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel reservations and bookings
• Provide information about rooms, rates, and availability
• Process booking changes and cancellations
• Handle reservation and hotel-related inquiries
• Provide accurate information about hotel services
• Document customer interactions
• Follow reservation and customer service procedures
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
