FixedWing Pilot

We are looking for a skilled UAV Engineer who is capable of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting drones used for industrial, survey, or RD applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience in flying drones , understanding UAV components, and performing basic technical checks. A strong electronics background is essential to support hardware integration, sensor testing, and flight system upgrades. s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and fly fixed-wing drones safely for field operations.

• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections , ensuring airworthiness and system readiness.

• Troubleshoot issues related to flight controllers, ESCs, motors, GPS modules, batteries , and other UAV components.

• Assist in the integration and testing of payloads, sensors, communication modules , etc.

• Maintain detailed flight logs, maintenance records , and mission reports.

• Conduct calibration of IMU, compass, GPS, and other onboard systems.

• Support engineering teams in RD activities , prototype testing, and performance evaluations.

• Follow DGCA or internal guidelines for safety and operational protocols.

• Provide technical support to customers or internal teams during demonstrations.

• Ensure proper battery management, charging cycles, and power system health monitoring.

  Required Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Electronics / Electrical / ECE Engineering .

• Hands-on experience in flying drones (manual and autonomous modes).

• Good understanding of UAV technologies flight controllers, telemetry, sensors, and radio communication .

• Knowledge of troubleshooting electronic circuits, wiring, and UAV components.

• Familiarity with Mission Planner, QGroundControl , or similar UAV software.

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to technical details.

• Willingness to travel for field operations, demonstrations, or client visits.
