Responsibilities
- Good exposure in fixture maintenance activities.
- Design knowledge about fixture.
- MIG & ARC welding knowledge for correction in fixture modification
- New fixture installation Knowledge
- Kaizen/ Error-proof/ Poka-yoke improvement knowledge
- Spare Management
- Scanning dimension, jig standard, and calibration knowledge
- Ensuring zero downtime & knowledge of all equipment through PM planning
