In this dynamic, hands-on leadership role, you won't just sit behind a desk—you will actively work alongside your team on the floor to oversee daily workflows for our Pole Prep, Fabrication, and Accessory departments. Supervising a team of 10–15 people, you will have the autonomy to master flagpole logistics, coach your staff, ensure shipment accuracy, and drive real results for a company you truly own.

Essential Functions

• Workflow Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily production and warehouse workflows with Sales, Traffic Department, and Team Leads.
• Staffing & Recruitment: Plan, forecast, and communicate staffing needs for peak business seasons; partner with Manager and HR to recruit new personnel.
• Team Leadership & Development: Thoroughly communicate job expectations, complete annual performance evaluations, and train and develop employees.
• Mentorship: Strengthen department Leads by actively coaching, mentoring, and practicing positive, professional work ethics.
• Employee Relations: Oversee employee issues, provide constructive solutions, and perform corrective actions as needed.
• Operations & Production: Create and complete production orders based on department needs and ensure total shipment accuracy.
• Inventory & Logistics: Organize and maintain the physical inventory and storage of flagpoles. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer pickups.
• Safety Compliance: Follow and enforce company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Operational Backup: Assist in special projects and act as a reliable backup driver for Eder Delivery orders and LTL support office functions.
