We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Studio Manager to join our New York leadership team.

The Role

Working within a luxury, appointment-based styling environment, this leadership role is integral to the studio's overall success. In collaboration with the Retail Business Manager, the Assistant Studio Manager will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, team engagement and development, and setting the tone for building genuine relationships with clients, while delivering the elevated service and styling expertise KYHA is known for.

About You

• Minimum 3 years leadership and sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, or bridal
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation aligned with the KYHA brand
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Clear leadership and team development focus, with a team focused mentality
• Proven ability with delivering personalised, client-focused service
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
