Flagship Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Flagship Store Manager on Hong Kong Island. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to lead and manage our flagship retail store, serving as the cornerstone of our brand presence in the region. As Flagship Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and maintaining the highest standards of store operations. This role is pivotal in embodying our brand values and establishing our store as a destination for discerning customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the store team to achieve or exceed sales targets and performance objectives
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, visual displays and store cleanliness standards
• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty and repeat business
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand guidelines across all store activities
• Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management of store personnel
• Monitor financial performance, control costs and optimise profitability whilst maintaining service quality
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns and feedback to enhance their shopping experience
• Liaise with head office and other store locations to share best practices and drive consistency across the retail network
• Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives to maximise sales and customer footfall
• Maintain accurate records of stock, sales data and other operational metrics required for reporting purposes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally managing a flagship or high-performing store location
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff at all levels
• Excellent sales acumen and a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising and visual merchandising
• Customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service experiences
• Strong financial management and analytical skills with the ability to analyse sales data and identify improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff
• Problem-solving ability and flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements
• Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale technology
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (or Mandarin) is highly desirable for this Hong Kong location
• Education qualification in Business Management, Retail Management or equivalent is preferred
