Flagship Store Manager

Responsibilities

Business & Sales Leadership

• Own the store's P&L (Profit & Loss) performance.
• Define and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and repeat business.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Lead commercial initiatives and seasonal business plans.

Customer Experience Excellence

• Champion exceptional customer service standards.
• Develop VIP and clienteling strategies.
• Build relationships with top customers and local influencers.
• Ensure service standards reflect brand positioning.

Retail Focus

• VIP appointments
• Personal shopping services
• CRM initiatives
• Exclusive customer events
• Client retention programs

Retail Strategy & Market Development

• Translate regional and corporate strategy into store-level execution.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
• Identify growth opportunities.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

• Ensure brand image is executed flawlessly.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams.
• Oversee seasonal launches and product activations.
• Maintain luxury presentation standards.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines (Diploma / Associate Degree or above)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion retail industry with at least 4 years in managerial role
• Strong leadership and analytical skill with business sense
• Team player and problem solver; able to communicate well across all levels with strong interpersonal skill
• Strong and exceptional clienteling and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Chinese Word Processing and POS
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
