FLANKER

Randolph Packing Company (A Harpley's Company) is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Flanker to join our beef processing team. This position removes hide from the flank area of beef carcasses while maintaining product quality, food safety, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

• Separate hide from the flank area using proper knife techniques.
• Make precise cuts to minimize meat damage and prevent contamination.
• Keep knives, tools, and work areas clean and sanitized.
• Follow established processing procedures and maintain the required production pace.
• Report contamination, equipment problems, and safety concerns immediately.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and follow supervisor instructions.

Qualifications:

• Previous beef processing, hide removal, or knife experience preferred.
• Ability to safely handle knives and processing tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical work.
• Ability to work around raw meat in a wet production environment.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
