Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Flat Rate Listing Agent to join our real estate team. This role involves practicing real estate by managing property listings efficiently and effectively, ensuring clients receive top-tier service through a streamlined, flat-rate approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate practices and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to support daily operations and client communications.

Duties

• Practice real estate by assisting clients with property listings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage multiple property listings, including preparing and updating listing information accurately.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create, organize, and maintain documentation related to property listings, client communications, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth listing processes.
• Provide clear and professional communication throughout the listing lifecycle, from initial consultation to closing.
• Maintain organized records of all listings and related documentation for easy access and reporting purposes.

Experience

• Prior experience practicing real estate is preferred; familiarity with listing procedures and industry standards is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required to manage documentation and correspondence effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important for managing multiple listings simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $123,937.82 per year
