WHAT YOU GET

Why People Build Their Career at Iron Shield.

We’re a roofing company built around the people who do the work. That shows up in how we pay, how we train, and how we treat each other.

Competitive Wages

Pay that reflects your experience and skillset, with structured performance reviews and benefits that reward people who stick around.

Safety-First Culture

Alberta OHS standards aren’t a checklist for us — they’re how we work. Daily tailgate meetings, ongoing training, and crews who back each other up.

Real Advancement

Labourer to installer to foreman to project manager. We promote from within whenever we can, and we’ll tell you exactly what the next step looks like.

Diverse Roof Systems

EPDM, TPO, SBS torch-on and cold-process, modified bitumen, metal, and sloped shingle systems. Real skills you’ll use for the rest of your career.

Crews That Have Your Back

We hire people who respect the work and respect each other. Accountability and craftsmanship aren’t optional — they’re the standard.

Year-Round Work

Edmonton’s commercial roofing market keeps our crews busy 12 months a year. Steady hours, steady paycheques, no off-season.
