Sample Preparation & Fulfillment

• Prepare, compound, weigh, fill, label, and pack flavor samples according to customer requirements and internal specifications.
• Ensure all sample requests are completed accurately, professionally, and within the required lead time.
• Verify sample information, packaging, labeling, and shipment readiness before dispatch.

Sample Inventory & Laboratory Management

• Maintain sample inventory accuracy and availability.
• Monitor stock levels of samples, packaging materials, and laboratory consumables.
• Maintain sample library organization, traceability, and laboratory housekeeping standards.

Sample Request Coordination

• Coordinate sample requests with Sales, Customer Service, Lab, Production, Procurement, and QA.
• Monitor request status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support urgent customer requests and prioritize activities based on business needs.

System & Data Management

• Maintain accurate sample records and inventory transactions in , SAGE, PLM, and other applicable systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and traceability of sample preparation and shipment activities.
• Prepare sample activity reports and statistics as required.

Continuous Improvement & Service Excellence

• Identify opportunities to improve sample preparation efficiency, inventory control, and service responsiveness.
• Support implementation of process improvements and best practices within the Sample Laboratory.
• Contribute to maintaining a customer-focused culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sample preparation, laboratory support, inventory control, production support, warehouse operations, or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience in food, flavour, fragrance, chemical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Basic understanding of GMP, hygiene, and food safety practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as TASCO, SAGE, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English.
