Flavors Junior R&D Specialist

As FLV JUNIOR R&D SPECIALIST - SWEETS, the duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Flavor Development Support:

o  Assist in the development of flavor formulations.

o  Support the creation of prototype formulations by measuring ingredients, preparing samples, and assisting in trials.

Sensory Evaluation:

o  Assist in sensory testing, including organizing and conducting internal taste panels.

o  Record and analyze sensory data to assess consumer preferences, product acceptance, and overall quality.

o  Work with the Application and Evaluation Manager to provide feedback and adjust based on sensory results.

Documentation and Reporting:

o  Maintain accurate and detailed records of flavor formulations, product trials, and sensory evaluations.

o  Compile research findings, evaluation results, and technical reports for internal and external presentations.

o  Support in preparing materials for regulatory submission or compliance.
