产品营销担当 - Fleece (J14199)

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：

• Lead the business growth strategy development and core value communication of the core product lines based on insight, brand vision and objectives.
• Have great understanding about product category business (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly tracking and evolution) and be able to define reason behind and take in-time response to capture business opportunity.
• Lead key products’360 IMC plan of Fleece, including all owned, earned, and paid media communications across Instore, SNS, PR, Digital, Social Media and Paid media channels via cooperation with cross-function teams PR, regional marketing, digital marketing, MD, IMD.
• Leverage VOC/VOS/VOM to develop CRM member programs to drive sales and customer acquisition through co-working with CRM team.
• Lead category media strategy development, including planning, execution and review with cost efficiency and innovation.
• Co-work with MD and GHQ team for short-term and long-term category product portfolio optimization. 任职要求：
• Bachelor or above degree preferably in Marketing/Communication/Business related disciplines.
• At least 5 years or above relevant experience with strong business sense.
• Solid consumer insights development.
• Good communication skill and leadership for cross function team work.
• Has good command of English and Chinese.
