About the Unit:
The Fleet Acquisition & Readiness Lead is responsible for building and maintaining a sufficient pool of qualified transport partners and truck units to support Restock transport requirements. The position ensures that vehicle, transport partner, driver/helper, insurance, registration, identification, permits, and other applicable requirements are complete, valid, properly tracked, and renewed before expiry. The role works closely with the Fleet Manager, Booking Team, and Operations to anticipate capacity requirements and maintain deployable fleet supply at a target of at least 110% versus forecast demand.
Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet sourcing, transport operations, trucking, vendor onboarding, procurement, or logistics operations.
Experience sourcing and onboarding third-party truckers, fleet vendors, or transport partners is strongly preferred.
