Requirements

• D3 in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration, project coordination, operations support, sustainability support, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
• Strong document management, data-entry, tracking, and file-organisation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, follow up on outstanding actions, and maintain accurate records.
• Good written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Basic understanding of ESG, environmental sustainability, or corporate responsibility.
• Experience supporting reporting, audits, compliance, or data-collection activities.
• Experience coordinating vendors, events, workshops, or cross-functional projects.

Job Description

• Act as the inspection coordinator for vehicle checkpoints.
• Coordinate and manage all vehicle checkers at rental pools-
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, surveys, and stakeholder engagements related to ESG initiatives.
• Conduct and validate vehicle inspection and checkpoint results against SOP standards, data inspection verification
• Analyze inspection data using logic and operational instinct to identify trends and issues
• Support continuous process improvement by reviewing, updating, and maintaining SOPs
• Maintain inspection records, reports, and operational documentation
