Fleet Admin/Coordinator | BGC, Taguig

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for managing fleet records, vehicle maintenance schedules, documentation, and compliance requirements. Handles fleet reporting, vehicle allocation, cost monitoring, and coordination with drivers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Manages trucking-related claims by reviewing documents, conducting investigations, and identifying improvement opportunities. Requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• College graduate preferably in a program in Logistics/Operations
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Must be keen in coordinating, scheduling and routing of truck fleet
• Preferably with experience in Logistics/E-Commerce operations
