Fleet Analyst

About the role

Fleet Analyst is responsible to support vehicle's supply, service and support process.

Key responsibilities

• Check and schedule vehicle parts replacement and maintenance (including tires, servicing etc)
• Analyze, correct and communicate fleet's finance status
• Conduct analysis and researches to further improve Logistics operations
• Maintain, update and monitor database or any monitoring file for proper documentation
• Coordinate license, permit and vehicle insurance renewal
• Monitor vehicle mileage and fuel efficiency
• Coordinate with third party vehicle companies if needed
• Report vehicle issues and accidents immediately to the Logistics Manager
• Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc

About you

• College Graduate (preferably BSBA Management, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
• At least one (1) to two (2) years related working experience
• Keen to details
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Strong work ethics
• Can work under pressure
• Enough knowledge about vehicles
