The Role

As a Regional Fleet Analyst, you will focus on executing regional fleet operations processes and managing a portfolio of local depots to ensure high fleet availability, quality, and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience by maintaining operational excellence across all fleet-related activities within your region.

You will own the execution of end-to-end processes covering vehicle management, supplier procurement and relationship management, stock control, logistics coordination, and support to local operations teams. Your work will directly contribute to maximizing fleet utilization, controlling operating costs, and ensuring our vehicles consistently meet Indie Campers' quality standards.

Reporting directly to the Regional Fleet Lead, you will work closely with regional colleagues and local teams to drive operational performance, support expansion initiatives, and continuously improve the way fleet operations are executed across the region.

  • Support local operations teams by assisting with vehicle interventions and providing technical guidance when necessary;
  • Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics operations between local teams and external logistics providers;
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with workshops, suppliers, and fleet partners across your region;
  • Monitor, control, and optimize vehicle operating costs to improve regional performance;
  • Contribute to regional expansion projects and support the operational setup of new locations;
  • Track operational KPIs and leverage data to drive efficiency, fleet quality, and customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, and coordinating with workshops.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, Logistics, or similar fields;
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement, or operational management is a plus;
  • Hands-on and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to proactively solve operational challenges and ensure smooth execution;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and make data-driven decisions;
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable following operational procedures with precision and consistency;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners;
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to broader regional objectives;
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced and constantly changing environments;
  • Experience managing suppliers, workshops, or logistics partners is considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
