Fleet and Maintenance Manager

Fleet Management

• Oversee the day-to-day management of company trucks, trailers, and other fleet assets.
• Ensure fleet availability to support operational requirements and customer commitments.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, performance, and downtime.
• Maintain complete fleet records, including registrations, permits, insurance, and maintenance history.
• Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch Teams regarding vehicle deployment and scheduling.

Maintenance Management

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Manage workshop operations and monitor service quality.
• Analyze recurring maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and roadworthiness standards.

Budget and Cost Control

• Prepare and manage fleet and maintenance budgets.
• Monitor maintenance, repair, tire, fuel, and spare parts expenditures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Leadership and People Management

• Lead and supervise mechanics, maintenance personnel, service coordinators, and fleet staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development activities.
• Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Investigate vehicle incidents, accidents, and breakdowns.
• Implement corrective and preventive measures to minimize operational risks.
• Ensure timely renewal of permits, registrations, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
