What they need
The Fleet Associate role is part customer service, part operations, and part problem-solving. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in transportation and logistics. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our drivers and freight partners, helping keep information flowing and loads moving. No two days are exactly alike. One minute you might be taking a call from a driver with a question, the next you're updating load information, coordinating with a dispatcher, or helping solve a scheduling issue.
Working alongside our Fleet Manager and Dispatch Team, you'll gain exposure to local, regional, and over-the-road (OTR) operations, building a strong foundation in the trucking industry while supporting the people who keep our trucks on the road.
