Fleet Billing & Admin Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any BS Engineering/Management Related Course
• With experience in dispatching/ Logistics
• Computer literate (specially in MS Excel)
• With outstanding planning skills and coordination abilities
• Must be hardworking, honest, willing to extend working hours and be assigned to other areas

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares hauling bills or payables to haulers.
• Ensure accuracy of billing with complete attachments for approval of Fleet Transport Supervisor prior sending to Accounting.
• Submits requests with complete details to QD for processing of CM and creation of DR
• Checks and monitors status of CM and DR from request up to completion
• Prepares and provides delivery list as guide of haulers on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Reports status and updates on daily activities and/or any irregularities concerning billing for fleet operations.
• Monitors billing are processed and paid on time (after 30days from receipt of billing)
• Monitors and requests office supplies for the department.
• Filing of documents such as Delivery Receipts, Withdrawal Certificates, Delivery Notes and other documents related to Fleet Services group.
• Coordination with all concerned departments to ensure all instructions and activities are attended to.
