The Fleet Card Technical Support Assistant will be the front-line technical resource for Unioil’s network of retail stations — ensuring Fleet Systems, POS/BOS platforms, and network infrastructure are always running efficiently. You will handle technical concerns, support Fleet Card operations and sales, and assist with essential administrative tasks that keep the business moving.

How You’ll Drive Success

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support to retail stations for POS/BOS issues through phone, remote access, or on-site assistance
• Handle inquiries and concerns from retail stations related to Fleet Card operations, POS/BOS systems, and network connectivity
• Conduct on-site network setup and perform basic configuration as required
• Provide initial on-site escalation support for all retail stations and escalate unresolved issues through the appropriate channels when necessary
• Deliver maintenance support for fleet customers and systems on an ongoing basis

Fleet Systems & Operations Support

• Provide technical support across all Unioil retail stations for Fleet Systems, ensuring they are operating efficiently and in accordance with company requirements
• Assist the Fleet Card Sales and Operations Team in supporting retail stations with Fleet Card transactions and day-to-day operational needs
• Provide technical assistance to the Sales team during installation of Fleet Card equipment and systems at station sites
• Coach station staff on the proper operation of POS/BOS systems and Fleet Card tools as needed

Case Management & Documentation

• Utilize Salesforce for case management of all retail station concerns and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all issues and resolutions
• Maintain proper records of technical support activities, configurations, and escalations in accordance with internal standards

Administrative Support

• Assist with administrative tasks to support sales and station requirements, including order processing, station reimbursements, transmittals, and card enrollments
• Support the Fleet Card Sales team with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management

The Expertise You Bring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field

Experience

• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or territory management; experience in the fuel or petroleum industry is an advantage
• Exposure to network configuration, remote access tools, or fleet management systems is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR procedures, and regulatory issuances
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or other accounting systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical station staff
• Service-oriented with a strong sense of initiative, teamwork, and follow-through
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
