What they need
Introduction
Our client in Brakpan, East Rand is seeking the services of a NIGHT-SHIFT FLEET CO-ORDINATOR to join their team. Please note that this is a Junior position and applicants must be willing to work night-shift.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administration, Scheduling and Logistical support across the fleet
- Checking of checksheets and spreadsheets
- Checking of Drivers' sheets
- Ensuring Licence renewals and compliance documentation are current
- Keeping track of vehicle fleet
- Co-ordinate vehicle assignments, servicing schedules and communication between drivers and management
- Booking maintenance and repairs on vehicles
- Keeping vehicle records updated
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12/Matric
- 1-2 years experience in logistics, transport or fleet operations
- Excell skills
Package & Remuneration
- R10 000.00 - R12 000.00/month
- Overtime
