Fleet Coach_Operations

We are hiring a Fleet Coach to manage, engage and improve the performance of delivery partners across Bengaluru. The role involves fleet availability, rider coaching, onboarding, productivity tracking, issue resolution and ensuring adherence to operational SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor rider attendance, availability, productivity and utilization.
• Ensure adequate fleet availability as per business requirements.
• Coach and train delivery partners on SOPs, app processes and delivery protocols.
• Identify underperforming riders and implement improvement plans.
• Track KPIs such as productivity, order acceptance and delivery timelines.
• Support new rider onboarding and process adherence.
• Resolve rider concerns and coordinate with Operations/City Leads.
• Ensure compliance with safety, delivery and customer service standards.
• Identify operational gaps and drive timely resolution.

• Understanding of last-mile delivery/logistics operations.
• Comfortable with field-intensive and fast-paced environments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong ownership and execution skills.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1- 4 years of experience in Fleet Management, Last-Mile Delivery, Field Operations, Quick Commerce, E-commerce or Logistics.
• Experience managing/coaching delivery partners will be preferred.
• Candidates comfortable with flexible working schedules and field operations.
