Fleet controller

• Manage and monitor the daily availability, allocation, and movement of the vehicle fleet to ensure optimal utilization.
• Coordinate vehicle dispatch, returns, replacements, and transfers across branches and projects.
• Track fleet status including active, idle, under-maintenance, and accident vehicles.
• Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance, servicing, registration renewal, and insurance validity.
• Liaise with workshops, service providers, and vendors to ensure timely repairs and minimal downtime.
• Monitor vehicle documentation including Mulkiya, insurance, permits, and lease agreements to ensure full compliance.
• Coordinate with operations, reservations, sales, and transport teams to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and usage reports; identify misuse or irregularities.
• Ensure accident and breakdown cases are reported, documented, and followed up until closure.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and update fleet management systems and trackers.
• Ensure vehicles meet company standards for cleanliness, branding, and roadworthiness before release.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of fleet for new projects, contracts, and terminations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with RTA, traffic laws, company policies, and internal SOPs.
• Control fleet-related costs and support initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
