We're looking for a driven and people-focused Fleet Coordinator to help our driver network, optimise fleet performance, and ensure outstanding service delivery standards are consistently met.

The role

Based at our North Harbour branch, the Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the management and performance of our courier fleet. This role is also critical in the delivery of our premium services to customers. You'll work with the broader management team to ensure service standards are met and exceeded, through the upholding of service level goals and financial targets. Providing hands-on assistance where needed and getting involved with service analysis and reporting, you'll strengthen the link between our drivers, Operations teams and customers.

This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

What you'll be doing, but not limited to

• Recruiting and maintaining a full fleet of contractor drivers
• Working with contractor drivers to provide day-to-day services
• Training drivers towards service excellence
• Regular vehicle audits
• Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives
