Fleet Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to assist the Fleet Supervisor in the day-to-day documentation, coordination, and administrative operations of our vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will help ensure proper fleet maintenance, GPS monitoring, daily trip coordination, and accurate pre-trip and post-trip documentation.

The Fleet Coordinator will also assist in coordinating drivers, dispatch operations, vehicle scheduling, and other fleet-related activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable transportation operations.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of work experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or a related field
• Knowledge and experience in truck scheduling, coordination, and routing
• Preferably with experience in Logistics, E-Commerce, or delivery operations
• With strong organizational and coordination skills
• Willing to work on extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required by operations

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate truck routes to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure that company safety policies and procedures are strictly followed.
• Monitor the condition, maintenance, and scheduled servicing of fleet vehicles.
• Assist the Fleet Supervisor in coordinating and communicating with clients, drivers, and partner forwarders.
• Coordinate driver schedules, assignments, and daily fleet activities.
• Monitor and control driver and truck activities to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Address and resolve operational issues involving drivers, vehicles, and delivery trips.
• Arrange induction, orientation, and training activities for newly hired drivers.
• Assist in leading and directing strategic planning for logistics and transportation routes.
• Monitor and document daily transportation schedules and trip activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and applicable procedures.
• Maintain accurate and complete fleet and vehicle records.
• Monitor vehicle-related expenses, maintenance costs, equipment, fuel, repair parts, and other fleet expenditures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accident and incident reports.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and concerned departments regarding insurance claims and vehicle-related incidents.
• Perform other fleet and logistics-related duties that may be assigned by management.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, trucking, or delivery operations
• Familiarity with GPS/fleet monitoring systems
• Knowledge of truck operations and basic vehicle troubleshooting
• Experience in driver coordination and route planning
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
