Fleet Coordinator

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet. This role includes overseeing regular maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing fleet efficiency. The Fleet Coordinator develops and maintains relationships with parts, supply and outside repair vendors, to minimize costly repairs and downtime.

Key responsibilities include scheduling of mechanics, scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure cost effective fleet operations, maintain accurate records, maintain and monitor GPS and Fleet management software, provide daily reports of DVIR, completed repairs and out of service vehicles, analyzing using data to improve performance. The Fleet Coordinator must possess strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer skills. Mechanical experience and logistics in a related field is typically required, along with experience in transportation or fleet management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
