Fleet Coordinator

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the daily operation and utilization of company vehicles. The role ensures proper vehicle usage, accurate tracking of fuel and mileage, timely identification of maintenance requirements, and compliance with company policies and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate fuel records. Monitor vehicles through the GPS tracking system and follow up on any unusual activity or route deviations. Track vehicle usage and ensure proper and efficient utilization. Monitor the general condition of vehicles and report any damages, maintenance requirements, or mechanical issues. Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle-related issues and daily operations. Maintain accurate records and reports related to mileage, fuel consumption, GPS tracking, and vehicle condition. Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and used in accordance with company policies. Follow up on scheduled maintenance and report any delays or pending requirements. Identify and escalate major vehicle, safety, or operational issues to management. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve vehicle-related issues and minimize operational disruptions. Ensure all fleet-related documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
