Fleet Coordinator

About the role

Fleet Operations Coordination role responsible for monitoring vehicle locations, fuel consumption, fleet efficiency, and overall fleet performance using GPS tracking systems and related tools.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle locations using GPS tracking system and report delays, route deviations, and unauthorized stops
• Monitor fuel consumption, fuel efficiency, vehicle mileage, utilization and overall fleet efficiency
• Track and monitor fleet-related operating expenses
• Prepare and maintain reports on GPS activity, fuel, and fleet performance
• Monitor daily vehicles are ready for deployment scheduled deliveries
• Maintain accurate and updated records of fleet status and usage
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and servicing needs
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance with the service providers
• Track vehicle registrations, permits, insurance and other fleet documents
• Ensures vehicles follow company rules and road safety requirements

About you

• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Multi-tasker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with different levels in the organization
• Organized and keen to details
