Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to monitor and coordinate daily shipping operations. This position will be responsible for tracking shipments, monitoring delivery schedules, coordinating with drivers and carriers, and ensuring shipments are processed and delivered accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, communicates well, and can effectively handle multiple shipments and operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily shipping and delivery operations.
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
• Monitor delivery schedules and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate with drivers, couriers, carriers, warehouses, and customers.
• Follow up on delayed, missed, damaged, or incomplete shipments.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are ready for shipment.
• Update shipment information and delivery status in company systems.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment and delivery updates.
• Resolve routine shipping and delivery issues and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
• Prepare daily shipping and operations reports.
• Monitor shipping performance and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with other logistics and operations duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, dispatch, transportation, or operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to monitor and manage multiple shipments at the same time.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with shipping, inventory, or logistics systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
