What you'll do

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Fleet Masterlist, SAP Fleet Maintenance System, and manual databases through regular audits and updates.
• Cascade critical fleet updates, master lists, and operational changes to Segment Heads, Operations teams, and Coordinators in a timely manner.
• Gather, analyze, and monitor fleet performance data and operational logs to support strategic operational planning, contracting needs, and vendor KPI compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve vehicle registration issues and ensure full compliance with OR-CR requirements.
• Utilize data-driven insights extracted from SAP and operational logs to optimize overall fleet utilization and efficiency.
• Monitor service provider performance and draft formal memos, communications, or resolutions to address registration and operational discrepancies with external vendors.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• With at least 2 years of relevant experience in a logistics, fleet management, transportation operations, or supply chain data coordination
• With basic knowledge of vehicle registration documentation
• Proficient in MS Office applications and has hands-on experience utilizing SAP or equivalent ERP software
