About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Fleet Coordinator to manage our motorbike fleet operations. You will handle vehicle registration and renewals, maintain accurate fleet records, and manage accident cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage bike registration renewals, passing (vehicle testing).

Coordinate with RTA, testing centres, insurance companies and police for fleet-related matters

Handle accident cases end to end: police reports, insurance claims, garage repairs and follow-up

Maintain fleet documentation, including registration, insurance, permits and rider records

Perform accurate data entry and keep fleet databases and trackers up to date

Track expiry dates and send reminders for renewals, insurance and fines

Prepare regular fleet status reports for management

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fleet Coordinator or in a similar fleet/logistics role in the UAE

Valid UAE driving license (car and motorbike)

Hands-on experience with bike renewal, passing and RTA procedures

Experience handling accident cases and insurance claims

Strong documentation and data entry skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi /Arabic is a plus)

Organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
