Fleet Coordinator

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistic or equivalent, or College Level
• At least 1 year of experience handling employees for transport and scheduling.
• Knowledgeable in E Commerce Industry
• With Motorcycle is a plus factor
• Can do flexible schedule, even response during night
• Can handle stress and multitasking
• Positive attitude toward the company values and colleagues
• To be assigned as Coordinator for Soc 8, Silangan Calamba Laguna / Soc 5 Paciano

Responsibilities:

• Assist with expense tracking, process vendor invoices, and help compile management reports or presentations.
• Assist concerns of employees, collate DTR's of forms needed and payroll process.
• Sourcing and interview applicants
• Processing, filing, scheduling, tracking and checking and other administrative tasks given by the management.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
