Fleet Coordinator Specialist

About the Role

Join a growing New Zealand campervan rental business as an Operations & Customer Support Specialist. You'll manage bookings, coordinate fleet and vendors, support customers, and resolve issues to ensure every trip runs smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, home-based role for someone proactive, organized, customer-focused, and confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, amendments, cancellations, payments, and documentation
• Coordinate with mechanics, cleaners, shuttle providers, and other vendors
• Monitor vehicle availability, readiness, repairs, and maintenance
• Support customers with pick-up/drop-off and roadside or vehicle-related concerns
• Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve processes

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Willing to work rotating shifts aligned with New Zealand business hours

Nice to Have: Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, vehicle rental, customer service operations, booking/CRM systems, or vendor coordination.

Work Setup & Schedule

🏠 Home-based | Minimum 50 Mbps internet
⏰ Monday–Sunday shifting schedule: 4:00 AM–12:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM Manila Time
