Job Description

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day planning and monitoring of vehicle deployments, ensuring client schedules are met efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily vehicle and driver schedules for client routes
• Monitor real-time fleet movement using GPS/tracking systems
• Handle driver attendance, leave management, and shift handovers
• Respond to on-road emergencies, breakdowns, or route changes
• Maintain vehicle documents, PUC, insurance, and fitness records
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for operations and client teams
• Liaise with vehicle vendors for maintenance and repairs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2-4 years in transport/fleet coordination or logistics operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management software/GPS tools
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Good communication skills in English and local language

Willingness to work flexible hours including early morning or late-night shifts
