Fleet Executive

Job Title: Fleet Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics.
• Experience in vehicle coordination, maintenance, registration, insurance, and driver scheduling.
• Good knowledge of UAE traffic rules and vehicle documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet tracking systems is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and renewals.
• Monitor fuel, mileage, maintenance, and vehicle records.
• Coordinate and supervise drivers and transportation schedules.
• Handle fleet-related incidents, breakdowns, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic and safety regulations.

Pay: AED2,992.59 - AED3,946.97 per month

Work Location: In person
