Fleet Maintenance and Facilities Technician

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Fleet Maintenance & Facilities Technician to maintain our company vehicles, including box trucks and vans, as well as perform general building maintenance and repairs.

This is a varied, practical role for someone with automotive mechanical skills who also enjoys troubleshooting problems and taking care of general property maintenance.

Responsibilities

Fleet and Vehicle Maintenance

• Perform routine oil and filter changes on company vehicles
• Replace batteries, starters, and alternators
• Perform brake jobs and related repairs
• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical problems
• Perform preventative maintenance on box trucks and vans
• Maintain service records and report repairs requiring outside specialists

Building and General Maintenance

• Perform handyman repairs and general building upkeep
• Complete basic plumbing repairs
• Handle minor carpentry and repair work
• Maintain doors, fixtures, hardware, and other building components
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Identify and address maintenance issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automotive maintenance and repairs
• Experience with vans, light-duty trucks, or commercial vehicles is preferred
• Familiarity with brakes, batteries, starters, alternators, and oil changes
• General handyman, plumbing, carpentry, or facilities maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and manage priorities
• Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
