Fleet Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely renewal of registration, insurance, and other legal documents of all Delivery and Service Vehicles of the company.
• Coordinate with suppliers, LTO representatives, and insurance providers regarding vehicle registration, insurance processing, and related requirements.
• Monitor expiration dates of vehicle documents to ensure continuous compliance and avoid penalties or operational delays.
• Maintain and organize records of vehicle registrations, insurance policies, and other related documents.
• Monitor GPS and Dashcam systems of Delivery Vehicles to ensure proper functionality and compliance with company policies.
• Review GPS and Dashcam reports and immediately report unusual activities, route deviations, accidents, and violations to immediate superior.
• Prepare and submit monitoring reports related to vehicle utilization, registration status, GPS monitoring, maintenance schedules, and compliance updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or any related four-year course.
• Preferably with 1 year of related experience in fleet, logistics, transport, or administrative operations.
• Knowledgeable in vehicle registration processing, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in GPS and Dashcam monitoring is an advantage.
• Knowledge in fleet coordination and Vehicle maintenance monitoring is a must.
• With strong coordination and documentation skills.
