DESCRIPTION

• Manage Fleet operations, maintenance and repair processes
• Coordinate insurance claims, accidents, and vehicle damages
• Ability to manage relationships with dealerships, repair shops, and service providers
• Validate repair quotations and controlling maintenance costs
• Track record of monitoring and ensuring completion of vehicle services and repairs
• Customer service
• Provide timely status updates and support to fleet users
• Report, tracking fleet incidents, and analyze vehicle service data
• Problem-solving

REQUIREMENTS

• Desire experience collaborating with automotive dealerships (Dealers) to coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, warranty claims, and service-related activities
• Basic understanding of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance requirements and repair processes, enabling effective evaluation of service needs and repair proposals
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, service providers, and aftermarket partners to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle support
• Experience reviewing repair estimates, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with established service standards
• Customer-focused professional with excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders in the automotive industry
• Driver license
• Fluent English
• Position for 2 months
