Job Summary

The Fleet Management Associate is responsible for the efficient management and monitoring of the company’s vehicle fleet. The role oversees vehicle documentation, preventive maintenance, repairs, registration, insurance, and fleet-related expenses while coordinating with drivers, service centers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The position ensures that all company vehicles are safe, roadworthy, properly documented, and available for business operations.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive Management, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle administration, logistics, or a related function.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance schedules, and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiar with vehicle registration, insurance, OR/CR, permits, and other fleet-related documentation.
• Experience coordinating with service centers, repair shops, suppliers, insurance providers, and drivers is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and monitoring skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel when necessary.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
• Preferably based in or willing to be assigned in Hagonoy, Davao.
