運輸主管/經理 Fleet Management supervisor or Manager

About the role

Responsible for developing and expanding fleet business operations, negotiating with new clients and transportation service contracts to increase fleet operating revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand fleet business, negotiate with new clients and transportation service contracts, and enhance fleet operating revenue
• Lead optimization and development of fleet operations, analyze utilization and cost data, and formulate and execute efficiency improvement plans
• Develop and manage fleet KPI systems, use fleet management systems to monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Explore new transportation service models or routes and develop growth opportunities for the fleet

About you

• Practical experience in business development or operations optimization, with a track record of successfully developing new clients or new routes
• Data analysis and project management capabilities, able to lead operational improvement projects
• Familiarity with fleet management systems (FMS/TMS) and operations reporting tools

職責：

• 負責開發及拓展車隊業務，洽談新客戶及運輸服務合約，提升車隊營運收入。
• 主導車隊運營的優化與開發，分析使用率及成本數據，制定並執行效率提升方案。
• 開發並管理車隊 KPI 體系，運用車隊管理系統監控表現，推動持續改善。
• 探索新的運輸服務模式或路線，開發車隊的增長機會。

入職要求：

• 具備業務拓展或營運優化的實際經驗，有成功開發新客戶或新線路的記錄。
• 具備數據分析及項目管理能力，能主導運營改善項目。
• 熟悉車隊管理系統（FMS/TMS） 及營運報表工具。
