FLEET MANAGER

About the role

We are looking for a Fleet Manager to join our growing team. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring proper scheduling and dispatching, and maintaining compliance with company safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company's fleet of vehicles
• Ensure proper scheduling and dispatching of vehicles
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS), repairs, registration, insurance, and other vehicle documents
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle mileage
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, repair shops, and service centers
• Ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and properly maintained
• Monitor GPS tracking and vehicle utilization
• Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
• Conduct regular inspection of vehicles, tools, spare tires, and safety equipment
• Prepare regular fleet performance and maintenance reports

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or related operations
• Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, and repair monitoring
• Experienced in monitoring vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, GPS, PMS, and fleet records
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid Driver's License
