2. Training & Performance Management

  • Train riders on app usage, delivery workflows, customer service standards, and COD handling protocols.
  • Provide hands-on field coaching, periodic retraining, and route/area guidance.
  • Monitor early-stage rider performance (first 30 days) to actively curb initial drop-offs.

3. Fleet & Operations Management

  • Manage daily rider operations to ensure seamless, on-time, and reliable order fulfillment.
  • Track rider availability, shift attendance, slot booking, and login adherence in real time.
  • Drive delivery efficiency and improve productivity metrics (Orders Per Day - OPD).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to COD collection, handling, and deposit guidelines.
  • Monitor daily cash collection, reconciliation, and timely financial settlements.
  • Minimize COD discrepancies, shortages, or delays, and enforce strict accountability.

5. Rider Engagement & Retention

  • Maintain regular touchpoints and engagement forums with the rider fleet.
  • Address and resolve rider grievances swiftly in coordination with central operations and HR teams.
  • Design and drive local engagement initiatives to foster retention and control fleet attrition.

6. Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with growth, city supply, and hub operations teams to meet hiring and dispatch targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate rider leads and ground teams to exceed operational milestones.

7. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain daily recruitment trackers, fleet roster dashboards, and performance logs.
  • Monitor and report critical operational metrics including hiring targets, funnel conversions, and attrition rates.
  • Ensure strict compliance with legal, labor, operational, and financial processes.

8. Cost & Budget Management
