Fleet Manager

FOOTT is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead our B2B fleet team. Reporting to the Head of Logistics & Business Integration, you'll be responsible for the leadership of our Fleet Scheduler and driver workforce, while overseeing fleet scheduling, service delivery, safety performance and operational outcomes.

This is a leadership position where your success will come from engaging with people, solving problems, maintaining high standards and driving accountability across the operation.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a frontline team
• Managing performance, attendance and day-to-day employee matters
• Overseeing fleet allocations and operational schedules
• Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance
• Reviewing operational data and performance reporting
• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery

• Is confident using systems, data and reporting tools
