Fleet Mechanic (CDL Required)

We're a fleet vehicle maintenance and repair company in Fort Lauderdale. We're hiring an experienced mechanic with a CDL to keep our customers' fleets on the road. This is a full-time position working 6 days a week, 10-hour days. You'll work on everything from vans to heavy-duty trucks, and you'll drive them when needed.

What you'll do:

• Diagnose and repair fleet vehicles, including vans, box trucks, and light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks
• Do preventive maintenance: oil changes, brakes, tires, suspension, and inspections
• Troubleshoot engine, diesel, electrical, and A/C problems
• Road test vehicles and move them between job sites and customer locations
• Keep accurate repair notes and work orders
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What we're looking for:

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record
• 2+ years of automotive, fleet, or heavy-duty truck mechanic experience
• Experience working on diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks
• Strong diagnostic skills with scan tools
• Own basic hand tools
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have:

• ASE certifications (including Medium/Heavy Truck series)
• DOT inspection experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay: From $800.00 per week
