Fleet Officer

Position Overview

The Fleet Officer is responsible for overseeing the company’s vehicle operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting efficient logistics. This role bridges management and staff-level duties, focusing on vehicle maintenance, documentation, and coordination with drivers and mechanics.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet operations, including dispatching and monitoring vehicle usage.
• Ensure compliance with LTO, insurance, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle permits, registrations, and expenses.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs.
• Track fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs for reporting.
• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and safe.
• Provide guidance and orientation to drivers on responsibilities and truck care.
• Assist in resolving fleet-related issues and escalate concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least college level education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office, spreadsheets, fleet management systems).
• Experience in fleet management or logistics preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to perform field work when required.
• With motorcycle (With allowance)
